No. Ps4 is serious. M$ is strictly just casual now. And Bill Gates doesn't play videogames.
How much u wanna bet we American's end up with crap next month. Watch it be something like Amy or some other reject game that sucks while also being worth less than 15 bucks. Or an old game from 2-3 years ago.
Wonder where the American money we pay goes? Towards clutching greater exclusives for Europeans. Whatever money is left, we get the scrap shovelware games of yesteryear.
Why is it that we're charged as much as Europeans yet get crap every week (...
How do you already know 720 won't also have backwards compatibility? You talk as if you know what your talking about, and yet...
But how will Sony make any money from letting us stream old games via disc readings? I mean, we can all just simply buy the games used at gamestop, couldn't we? Then how will Gaikai tell the difference? THEN, there's also the cost of running cloud servers 24/7. The cost of renting the data centers that hold the cloud servers. And finally, IF the reason why we can't play our ps3 games on PS4 is due to the fact that PS4 won't be using the IBM Cell chip, then doesn't that mea...
Chie and Yukiko--Persona 4
Wow that soon? Nice! When I look at the screenshot, and those graphics, I can't help but wonder what it would be like to have Dark Souls on the PS Vita.
Shin Megami Tensei/Persona games are much better jrpg's. They never get scores of less than 9/10 (usually get mostly all 10's).
AND anything else by Atlus, Xseed, NIS, Level-5, etc.
Square of today isn't even comprised of the same people. The "new" Square is a different company entirely. They stink at making jrpg's now.
Sex, violence, and homosexuality are not uncommon in games today (especially MGS games). But I think the topic Kojima is going into is something that is beyond that stuff.
Let me explain: I think Kojima's controversial topic is the one topic he MUST put in his next game, even if it means gaining harsh controversy (for the sake of staying true to the character of Big Boss and what he will become).
So, what could that topic be? If you follow Big Bosses stor...
Yep. Like controller will store harddrive, 8gb ram, etc in it. What u been smoking?
@NYC Gamer:
You always only state the obvious. Never an opinion beyond the obviously accepted consensus. Trying to protect that large array of bubbles, I presume?
Somebody, give the man a bubble!
What are you? His alt?
I wish u were right. But the PS4 has for times the RAM as the Wii U, better graphics chip, a camera, a controller with a built-in lithium ion battery, and is confirmed to ship with a headset. Also, if Wii U's 32gb is sold at a loss at that price, how much MORE would Sony be selling a console more powerful if at that same pricing? Also, Sony would not likely put a measly 32 gigs memory harddrive in it, like Nintendo did. They will put more, which only drive costs up.
This ...
Too bad for you, I guess. Because it may likely cost $450. Many of us pay more than that a year on new cell phones.
I'll just choose not to upgrade my phone this year. When u think about it, who really needs a phone every year? My current one is fine. So, now I can get a PS4 without a hitch.
If the ps4 doesn't bundle the eye in every box, then it'll be a fiasco. They have to bundle it in every box if devs are ever expected to use it. Making it optional could hurt development for it. Hopefully it will be cheap.
To hell with graphics. When devs tap into those 8gb's of RAM, it's over for Wii U. The amount of characters on-screen, size of maps, destructable environments, etc will be more important than graphics. I mean, graphics don't get much better than they've been. But there will come a time when Wii U's itty-bitty RAM (by REAL next gen standards) will be much to low for upcoming games that will use most (if not all) of PS4's 8 gigs of juicy RAM.
Correction: I accidently typed that 3rd parties are paying for this, but I meant to say "IF 3rd parties are paying for this". If 3rd parties are not paying Sony to do these recommendations, then ok, allow us to turn it off. But if it helps pay to keep psn free, then i'll just ignore the recommendations. It won't kill me. But turning it off will undermine the 3rd parties who would be paying (assuming they plan to pay Sony).
It's only a recommendation. After it recommends the game, you can choose to do further research on your own, or not. Don't worry, I doubt any sensible person would part with their money quickly due to some AI's recommendation. That's what n4g, youtube reviews, etc are for. However, I do like your idea about the search engine. However, I would still keep the recommendation program as well as using your plan, because this program might be helping fund a free ps network for all u...
If it helps Sony pay for playstation network to continue to stay free (via game related ads) then i'm all for it. The network is free, but it costs money to maintain. It won't kill u. Just ignore. The option to "turn it off" undermines it's very purpose, which is for game companies to get free advertising (and the 3rd parties PAY for this). So long as the ads are NOT In-game, than i'm glad Sony is turning a profit. They have to make up for being financially in the ho...
