Are you seriously going to be that mindless to let the reviewers decide the rating for this game, if you buy into the hype your really delusional, GTA4 is missing ALOT from it's counter-parts, Game of the year, MAYBE, best game ever, no, no it's not.

Dark Sector demo might not have been great, but It's definitely one of the most under rated games I've played, it's pretty intense but short experience, the demo just didn't do it justice sadly.
Your gonna encounter the problem sooner or later, I beat GTA4 in about 28 hours or so, took me almost 40 to get to 90% done, but the first time I turned off my PS3 and turned it back on boom, it hit me Lock ups left and right, I quit game which coincidentally restarted my PS3 and had to turn off PSN it worked after that but you will eventually encounter it if they don't release a patch monday that is, I'm using the 40GB btw.
Yeah Jenzo, that is a one up, there are absolutely no real metal, hell even hard rock stations in GTA4, another disappointment to add to the list.
GTA4 looks like Junk on a HDTV set, both on my PS3 and my buddies Xbox 360 overall I'm disappointed with GTA4 (and yes whether fanboy's like it or not, both versions are exactly the same for graphics, pop ups and jaggies.

I'm almost 100% complete on GTA4, this game is far from perfect, but offers what a lot of games don't, really comparing a huge sandbox game like GTA4 to any other game doesn't do it justice, that's why I would compare it to SA, excluding graphics on both games, San Andreas wins... By miles.

Wow a real review that isn't biased because of the hype. This score adequately reflects the score I would give for GTA4, I'm almost 100% done GTA4, and sorry It's just not the best game ever, let alone the best GTA, San Andreas has a better shot.
I will also have to agree, I bought into the GTA4 hype, and it let me down, I'm going back to replay GTA: San Andreas, the definitive version in the GTA franchise, sorry Rockstar.

All in all, it's a gameplay downgrade from San Andreas, and a graphical (obvious) upgrade since then, this isn't the definitive GTA experience and it's not the best game ever, contrary to popular belief. There are alot of bugs to be sorted out in the game, I'm about 95% complete and it's just not what I thought it was going to be, I looked at what was there compared it to San Andreas graphics aside and San Andreas was just plain better, but it sure didn't get this type of media on it, nor acc...
