Ouch!
Depends on the up and down, how frequent, and probably best to wait for the X1 footage before assuming that version will be steady. 1080p image is pushing 125% more pixel....i'd be happy with dips. And just to be clear, i won't be touching this game with a bargepole! Or BF4 for that matter.
Clearly its time for COD to try something new, though the masses will still lap it up of course. Quite a conundrum really.
Running at 720P is issue enough.
Misterxmedia is just a nobody looking for attention. A cult if you will ...and Frigid/Powerofgreen/Elitegamer are all under his spell. Laughing stock of the whole Internet. Quite sad really.
But Frigid said ....never mind.
20 years in the industry tells me you sir, are a crackpot 8)
See you soon.
So, PS4 has vastly superior GPU (off the shelf with additional extras), XB1 uses vastly inferior off the shelf GPU. PS4 has a superior memory setup using cutting edge GDDR5 modules, as opposed to off the shelf DDR3 and ESRam combo resulting in one big headache for developers. Exactly the same CPU bar the the XB1 upclock. XB1 has Shape, PS4 also has a dedicted audio processor. PS4 is cheaper. You guys from the otherside really do need reality checks. Your last off topic point proves just how d...
Another ridiculous rumour put to bed about this being delayed.
Its a big gap, and will get bigger i'm afraid. Once Battlefield comes out, after the day 1 patch is added to both, and people capture the footage direct from the machines themselves, within the comfort of their own homes/offices, then they'll see why 720p upscaled is not somehow magically better than a native 1080p image.
Very similar...bar the extra frames and zero screen tear on the PS3. Screen tear rife on 360.
Why do i need to do that? I talk to developers and publishers everyday. Interestingly..and here's the kicker...There's no overheating issues. HOLY BATMAN SHIT! Sony must be paying the thousands of websites and journo's to keep quiet.
See you for the next round of resolutiongate, now and for the next several years.
You people? Thats like racism! By magazubes you mean Misterxmedia? You realise its not November 2005 when your employers did nothing about overheating? Roger that. Keep shoveling that FUD, its terrific entertainment, 720p aswell.
Very noticeable blur on the upscaled image assuming these are correct. The 1080p doesn't look correct to me.
Hopefully they do miracles, because that's what they need.
@Green. OH...MY...GOD!
You utter idiot. You know what, i don't even think you are a shill, even after all these years. You are just...well, words fail me. This generation is going to be all tears for you my friend.
No day/night cycle. No weather. Texture swappiung damage method. Less cars than previous outing.
hhmm. Disheartening indeed.
LOL. Like i said "no one will notice". Suppose they won't notice the price difference aswell?
Oh you Edge.
Most powerful, cheaper, proven track record of delivering 1st class AAA experiences with experienced 1st party developers.
Can't argue with the facts.
Higher resolution = crisper with details appearing sharper due to increased pixel density.
XB1 inferior by a considerable margin, and all for $100 more!
See you when the XB1 versions performance tests appear online ;)
