You're delusional. Running this game maxed out in 8k would require a pc that costs a small fortune - setups that ain't exactly in an abundance.
How can they provide 'incentives' without alienating the competing console's user base? That's literally the whole point of exclusives -> offer something that's unavailable elsewhere.
