They tested out the Alone in the Dark beta when they got the game on the 360 so the devs could fix all the problems for the PS3 version. It looks like this will be the REAL release of Alone in the Dark.
Talk about an "Epic" Fail.

I think of flops & failure. They are no longer the once great Squaresoft. Square-Enix just makes crappy games now (at least for consoles). I'm sure FF13 will end up being garbage as well (and not JUST because it's being downgraded for the 360). If someone else develops FF13 then it will have at least a better chance of not flopping.
Now everyone with a SDTV will be able to read text on one of the worst Banjo games ever created.
I'll be sure to get the superior PS3 version with exclusive DLC.

Anyways, I will be getting the superior version of Mirror's Edge on the PS3 with exclusive DLC.
This also looks like it will be the best PoP game in the series (though I didn't like the other games but this one interests me). I'll be getting the superior PS3 version as usual.
I can't wait until kotaku crys about PS3's exclusive DLC for Mirror's Edge. I'm sure they will try and put some kind of spin on it to try and convince themselves that they don't want it.
The PS3 has been doing fine without it and even selling more games than on the 360 (as reports from EA, Ubisoft, & Konami have confirmed). It's not that the PS3 "NEEDS" a price cut it's that people "WANT" them to have a price cut. The only reason you have Xbots running around is because they cannot yet afford a PS3 so once there is a price cut then you will see a lot less Xbots because they are only hating on what they can't have.
Squaresoft is dead. Square-Enix was never alive. In fact if anything they have killed the FF series seeing as how every FF game Square-Enix has made for consoles has been horrible and FF13 looks like it will fail just like the others that they made (especially since it has to be downgraded for the 360 now).

The first Dead Rising sucked and i'm sure this one will too so I will be passing on this mediocre game regardless of what console it's on.
So they have decided to ruin the classic by remaking them. This is Square-Enix, not Squaresoft so expect them to ruin the classics just like the new FF games they make. This is one of the reasons FF13 will fail (that and it has to be downgraded for the 360 so now people won't buy it and it will be a rental at best but I also expect a lot more people to pirate it now cause you wouldn't want to support incompetent devs).
Except now I no longer want them. Every FF game that SQUARE-ENIX has made on consoles has been a flop. I don't think I would want that company to remake a classic game because they will likely mess that up too. If it was still Squaresoft then I wouldn't mind but it's Square-Enix and they aren't as good as they used to be yet people still have hope for them and they hope FF13 won't be a flop like the other FF games they have worked on. I liked the story mode in the first game rather than the 2nd game but the 2nd game has better multiplayer. I predicted what would happen for the ending in the 2nd game and I was right. The story is just too predictable (though Resistance isn't known for the story anyways so it's not a big deal).
In any case, I think it's only worth a rental at best. I'll be looking forward to Killzone 2 since Killzone is the shooter that has a good story and good multiplayer.
