Haha, its interesting the different outlook on this site when it comes to MS and Sony. If MS did this all you would hear is that they paid them off somehow and being greedy, and thats all they can do. When Sony does it they are looking out for gamers and it doesn't have anything to do with profit (bc profit is a dirty word). I can promise you the first thought processes wasn't "Lets see what we can do for gamers", it was "Will this make us a profit". Open your eyes...

Backward compatibility is awesome, but more so for people who didn't get a 360. Being able to play all the great games it had is a pretty big draw for someone jumping from PS to Xbox
