xbox live messages are different from emails. i dont think there are 360 viruses floating around, because theirs nothing useful to steal on a 360. no credit or bank information whatsoever. thats stored with Microsoft on their own systems. so if someone sends you a message feel free to open it. just tell your kids differently.
There is one difference in Sony and Microsoft buying developers. Sony buys developers who have yet reached their potential, and provides them with the tools necessary to do so. Microsoft buys developers who already have had success (Lionhead, Rare)and make them worse.

No way, Van Halen easily deserves their own guitar hero game. Van Halen is a guitar god, whether you like his music or not. I don't care for it much, but man still shreds.
Now Aerosmith didn't, or any other band where the guitar is so easily forgotten. Judas Priest, iron Maiden, Metallica, those are bands where the guitars are pivotal.
So a crash every now and then wouldn't be ok on a paid service?

Mods should not be playing games while they are "on duty". they are human and they can get caught up in the game and do irrational things just because they are losing. it doesnt mean their corrupt, it means their not being put in a good position to enforce the rules of live fairly.

i guess it depends who you ask. most however say that all the above games are really good, or at least they did. then FF went multiplat and then all the sudden the series is average. amazing how that works.
Fix the Spawning system. I'd like to know where my enemies are coming from so I could use a little strategy. Plus Getting shot from behind on 90% percent of my deaths kind of sucks.
Theres achievements, and they mean a lot to some people. I don't think its worth the multiple disks and lesser graphics though, but to some people who own both console I'm sure they are.

Personally, I liked the new approach that Rockstar took with GTA. You gotta give them props for trying new things with such a successful series. Most just continue rehashing the same old formula over an over.
