agreed, I don't know why game developers feel like there need to be normal sized bosses all the time.

Way to be an optimist pepper, i'll probably rent this at least to see how good a game like this could be. Not saying this will be the be all end all of this genre but i can get an idea in the direction they're trying and see if it's viable.
Yeah theres nothing like replaying the same exciting moments of a game just like you did as a kid by yourself or with a group of friends. Aww, memories.
Funny thing is the retro games still get played quite a bit.
I haven't played a sim game like this for a while but this may actually be one that i play. Looks decent and the subject matter is a little more interesting than normal.

This seems to be a trend as of late hasn't it? Ace Combat, this title, and theres a few other. Why invest in sequels of this crap when there's plenty of other IP's that are older that would have sequels really well received. Personally i would love to see Bloodwake 2 and i'm sure that sequel would sell more than Blazing Angels 2 and Ace combat 6 combined.
Retro has had a big comeback with XBLA, VC, and the offerings on PSN but it's more a fad than anything. Retro will never go away but with all these new and easy ways to get retro titles it's just running on a high at the moment.

Well it's for 360 and PC only, no PS3 version coming any time soon if ever. My understanding of the game is the same as yours though Oblivion + some multiplayer, should be fantastic. Though i was hoping that it would be released in a month i guess a little longer isn't that bad.
My bad with the type. It's a nice look at how far we've come in a decade and a half for computing power.
I've actually seen this movie, while it's not great or even all that good it's bearable to watch at least if you want to waste a couple of hours. Better than Street Fighter (one with van damn) and Mortal Kombat 2, Probably on par with the first Mortal Kombat and Dungeons & Dragons.
Nintendo has always been tough to mod, glad to see some homebrew will be coming to DS.
Probably just a rental, but it looks like it'll be a good game. But when it's released this year a good game just doesn't cut it.
Yeah TH series has ruled for far to long with out any competition and what's really great is SKATE is not even close to coping what Tony Hawk does, they're taking a new approach which will be nice.
These screens are looking a lot better than the first, hopefully the gameplay is better as well.
Heres a good PS3 exclusive, they need all the ones they can get this year.
