Will be good if CDPR cane make a game with decent console controls. Gave up on ps4 Witcher. Absolute junk. Some of the worst interaction design I've had to deal with in a AAA. Just glad I got it cheap

Really miss this kind of game. Only recently found out Gradius and Salamander are on PS4 via PSN!? Also Vulcan Venture is on the way or maybe even already available on Japanese PSN (the article I read was in Japanese and onlinetranslations can be misleading)
Darius burst was fun but over priced when it came out. It also didn't quite scratch that shmup itch due to its relatively alternative format.

Pretty much hit the nail on the head there. I was at SCEE HQ in London last summer playingHeist and The Deep and they blew me away but they are also a different type of game. A shame to consider them throw away experiences but that's kind of what they are. We're about to embark an exploring how to deliver a new form of entertainment on a mass consumer scale and there will be a lot to learn over the coming years...

There are so many games these days that I just don't have time to play everything on release! I've observed some healthy self control and dedicate time to one game at a time which means I get to pick up a constant flow of awesomeness at heavily discounted prices! I'm a father and an older gamer with a demanding job. I've never felt so spoilt with the constant high quality of releses these days. Timed exclusives really don't bother me and exclusives in general are controlle...

Paid £10 for ps4 version ex rental in mint condition and still not looked at it. Will though when PSVR xwing game lands!
Slightly off subject, but notice they're using a blue power on light as well. They've never used blue in their brand colour palette before haver they?!

Yeah. Such a shame. Perhaps it's due to being developed for PC first. Probably a very different experience. Excited to see what this new game will bring though!
