Anyway, yes Zoo Tycoon looks more appealing than a random 2D side scroller to me.
I take Ryse, Forza, Dead Rising, Killer Instinct and even Zoo Tycoon over a bunch of $2-3 indie games for sure.
Just technically speaking: Isn't every game / IP a franchise, even when it is a one-off? Think about it.
I had the Xbox One on preorder for 499€, because I see the value in it and I can easily afford it.

- Killer Instinct is not free to play. There is one character you can play with for free. This is nothing more than a demo. It is not a typical XBLA game either.
