Looks pretty legit to me. I don't recommend anyone come out of the game overclocking though...
gen
*fixed
I love gears, but I really thinking it's starting to get milked at this point...
Shouldn't have had another sequel until next gen in my opinion.
This looks fine and all, but there's just not excitement any more...
The first company to remove the ability to play used games loses the console war. Simple as that.
I don't think (but I may be surprised) that either MS or Sony is dumb enough to make that move.
PC game developers seem to do just fine, with 2 new generations of hardware per year. Processors, GPU's and more all constantly refresh in the pc market. Never stops games from being made.
Programming for new hardware isn't as tricky as people make it sound.
Console developers just aren't used to the challenge.
I think it means in terms of game progression.
The current hardware is holding things back.
Every time a new console comes out, games get more beautiful and more interactive.
I really wish consoles would only stay on the market for about 4 or 5 years. The last few years games haven't progressed much...and it's all due to hardware.
That wasn't baffling, it actually made sense.
It was just poorly executed. The concept was great.
Hating the next xbox before it's even been announced yet?
Come one guys.
This is true, but that's why I mentioned "at least while the new console transition is happening".
Meaning, only when new consoles are just released.
If your game was made for the older console, you could add some code to make it run on the new console, with some slight graphical improvements.
Of course a game designed for the new console shouldn't be programmed to run on the older one also.
That would definitely be counter productive.
I'd like to see games that would run on both, natively. Like a pc game.
It could just automatically select the higher quality graphics when played on a newer console.
Great way to reach more people with your game. At least while the new console transition is happening.
My video card just crapped itself from fear,
Then wet itself from excitement.
I wonder if I would be enraged if they made a "Make me American" app.
Nah, I don't think I'm that overly sensitive.
It does seem a bit racist though...which I can't support.
Distasteful, but I don't see any reason to get angry.
I hope it's not on current gen consoles.
Having this on the next gen would really give the game some room to breath and allow it to achieve the goals they wanted before MS restricted it to run on a console (the original maps designed for pc were huge!).
Really enjoyed the first game anyway. But better is better.
My pc is in my living room...
And I like it that way :)
What? Why would any company that's making tons of cash on pc games exit the market?
Just because pc games get great sales, doesn't mean they're not making money.
Most of these are older games, but I'm happy to pick them up. I never pay more than 20-30 bucks for a pc game, and I like it that way.
I make back the cost of my hardware in no time with patience.
Haters gonna hate.
Not necessarily. ASUS makes some gaming laptops that you can often find for 6-800 bucks.
If you really want performance though...I'd be looking for a desktop. Gaming laptops are pretty heavy and bulky anyway.
I'll be playing this game. Tomb Raider, for me, has been a long series of great memories. This will be different, but I have not doubt the developers have put forth a ton of work into this game.
I'm excited. Not for multiplayer, I really don't care about that, but the single player is the spot.
Sleeping Dogs for me.
I haven't play Far Cry 3, but it's one of my favorite series, so I'm sure that will be great.
Two of these games are hidden object games...
Who wrote this?
I really enjoyed Crysis 2. I played through it a few times, and really enjoyed the multiplayer.
It didn't fail. Some people didn't like it.
If that's the logic you use, then Call of Duty has failed for years now, since I didn't like them. And they're butt ugly.
