You do pvp vs or you can do pve\pvp with a faction you join and play with other players from that factions. A lot has probably change since I have played but was a lot of fun but yes a time sinker. In a span of about 2 or 3 months I had 28 days played lol and almost every ship

I think it'll be 30 FPS. The FPS on the Xbox One and 360 are 30 so I think they have to match that on the Scorpio if they all want to play together
