The XBOX ONE S on a good 4K tv delivers a next gen like experience. Everyone with an objective opinion will agree to this. Not to mention the One X. So yes, they are more than capable, every new game proves it.
That's not entirely true, if not at all...The rush to release the game as soon as possible, took it's toll on the quality of the whole experience, on every platform.Steam is full of negative reviews because of how crap the pc version is, and PS5 owners prefer the PS4 version of the game, because they say it's smoother. It's all about right implementation and optimization on every platform, which unfortunately with Elden ring is not the case. The Series S with it's RDNA 2 a...
I play Elden ring on XBOX ONE S and the game is fantastic. Sure the newer the console, the better, but for those who can't afford a new console, i assure them that the game on the One S is great. Also, let's not forget that the game was not well optimised at launch, regardless of console versions/pc. Patches will arrive, that will smoothen the experience on every platform and the XBOX One will benefit from that. I mean look at cyberpunk...they still release patches...
The Xbox One line delivers Next Gen like experience.
Not at all. The continuous, first (through services and games) and third party support of the XBOX ONE shows that MS still considers it as a relevant part of their ecosystem.Today still, even the XBOX ONE S is still a great vfm choice.
Let's just wait and see what the "Switch 2" will be. One thing is for sure : It won't affect XBSS at all.
Indeed...+Smart Delivery + Perfect 1080p Gaming with hdr + 4K + continuous support for at least 3 years (new and backwards) + low price, the One S (especially the all digital) is still the perfect entry for the budget consious into the XBOX ecosystem
Both the One S and the One X are great consoles. Especially the One S is still great vfm. I grabbed a new One S All Digital, as a secondary console for my country house, and use it the same way I do with my Series S. The One S All Digital is an amazing piece of hardware. My opinion...
Nintendo's concern should be to bring new, original, fresh games for the Switch and not 3DS remakes. Plus all the games mentioned in the article should stay on the 3ds.
Totally agree. I have both consoles but the 3DS is so much better as a handheld and gaming experience. Except the hd screen, there is nothing that makes the Switch superior to the 3DS regarding gaming.Actually, the 2dsxl is by far the best portable gaming experience and the highest value for money right now.
The Switch Lite is first of all for the people who want something more portable than the normal Switch.
Indeed. Something that is obviously unique, still sells and shows that it still has much to offer, can' t die just like that...
You know that what you say is simply not true. The Switch gets tons of games already, it probably has surpassed the 3DS by now, plus all the major new releases are on the Switch. The 3DS on the other hand is the only viable Switch alternative, it still sells well, because not everyone wants or can afford a Switch, it does not affect the Switch's sales and all the latest 3DS releases prove...well, let's face it, that it still has potential. Nintendo itself acknowledges the difference b...
Why not?? It's by far the best Switch alternative and best value for money!
The new models still have great potential.
Exactly. That Nintendo policy, of keeping the 3DS family of systems alive, is indeed clever business logic. The more kids they get hooked on Mario and the like, the better for the company and for the Switch in the long run. Furthermore, the 3DS is the perfect alternative for those who want to play Mario and the like and much much more, without having to spend 300+ bucks for that. There is no other system right now, that could fill this gap, if the 3DS ''retires''. That means mo...
No wonder! The system keeps making money and has still great potential, proven by all the latest releases. Plus, it does not affect the sales of the Switch ;)
The game looks amazing on the 3DS, this little beast has still great potential.
I fully agree!!!
And it will also be on XBOX ONE, as many sites and twitter posts mention. It's no wonder actually, since the XBOX ONE is still capable enough to handle new games well.
