I don't know why everyone complains about PS4 servers, I literally never get shut out or not connect to any game unless my internet is going bad or there others' suck. But that's not a system feature, it's a network feature. Ones's downloads are terrible.
I will say Play Anywhere is a nice thing but again, not a system feature. It's a feature for that select game from that publisher. If anything is really play anywhere,...
Halo kinda sells itself with Forge mode. But I get what you mean; after the story, I didn't care for it anymore. Only a few exclusives on each side and super big AAA third party games get it. Some indie games do.
It's one of their main exclusive franchises. It's also not even a year after release. It would be sad if they didn't
That has nothing to do with BC as a whole. That just shows the power of Black Ops and the suckiness of Infinite Warfare. I guess people can't say BC is free anymore.
@Brohan
PS4 has way more exclusives, there's no arguing that. It costs less because you get less. The base PS4 costs less than the One S but the S only has 4K Video playback. You only keep the 360 games, last generation games. To play the One games, you have to have an active subscription. Unless there is a special sale (Spring/summer sale, christmas) the sales on Xbox suck. Funny thing about cheaper systems; it was more expensive for less when it came out, it's che...
Even if they did make BC a thing, it would raise the prices of whatever games work with it. So unless you already own it, you are gonna spend a ton of more money to be able to play it and that's if you can even find it. Thats the big downside to Xbox's BC. You are spending more to play less.
I always wait for a season pass to get all the stuff at once, I only get it if I'm really into the game. Personally though, I've probably only bought maybe 6 season passes.
Fable, Banjo, Sunset Overdrive 2 and Conker would be the only surprises in that list. We've know about Crackdwon, SoT, State of Decay, and Cuphead for awhile. Forza is a yearly series. Tomb Raider is an assumption based on the past game. And Phantom Dust 2 would be a slight surprise but it got "remastered" so not too much.
I mean if you are going to get the game anyway, why would you not preorder it, especially when it gives something extra. That's the benefit over getting the game later. It's no different on PC or any other digital game, early adopters always get the initial benefit in any industry.
Or just wait for a goty or complete edition.
That online Pass thing was technically kind of fair. While not appealing from a customer side, it is their game that you aren't paying them for.
And season passes have been around for quite awhile. I see no downside to those lol.
Not the first game to do it, definitely not the last.
Fitting lol
Conviction yes please, Warfighter nah.
Just release an update where you can play the disc. No different than regular BC, should be even easier
I still have my original copy
Do it. That would be a interesting turn out.
As a story, it's okay. As a game, not so much. It very much did not deserve game of the year in 2012.
But it's not on Xbox.....
I thought Square themselves said it was coming to ps4 awhile ago but just didn't give a date.
