You have to consider who has actually been responsible for review bombs in the past. What if it's been Russian troll farms all along... Just manipulating people...
Do nothing? Who's weapons do you think they are using?
The US just sent them another huge shipment of Stinger Anti Air Missiles a day or two ago to try to slow Russia's bombing campaign.
We're doing a hell of a lot more than Trump would have, who let me remind you was impeached for trying to extort Ukraine for the very weapons they are now using to fight Russia. As well he reduced the sanctions that were placed on Russia after their previous ...
People can try to spin it however they want, but the fact of the matter is the PS5 outperforms the SX in yet another game. And since PlayStation doesn't use Smart Delivery and gives you "options" to install PS4 Pro or PS5 version. (much like their non-proprietary SSD solution)
Higher FPS (10fps+) around three times as fast of load which is HUGE in a game like this. And VRR doesn't truly fix all the problems of lost fps, the game is still playing at la lo...
And let me explain why they should sell to a publisher.
They are a small company, getting a publisher is the easiest way to facilitate their continued employment. Who knows what kind of restrictions will be placed upon them or even how soon a new government will be formed in Ukraine. And even when a new government is formed who knows what value of Ukrainian currency will be under Russia, but it's unlikely Putin is going to give them a fair exchange rate, heck Russia co...
Listen, they can fight back as much as they want and I am not saying they shouldn't. But they are not going to stop Russia... I don't think anyone in Ukraine thinks they will.
And yes, if they can sell their company to another publisher they stand a much better chance of getting both their work and themselves out of Ukraine. And yes, many people in Ukraine have already left the country.
I mean, they shouldn't stop thinking and planning for the future. Things will only be more difficult in the future, Ukraine isn't going to win this war, heck it might not even exist in a week from now when it's part of Russia.
If I was them I would (have already been) be packing up our computers and trying to get out of the country and on the phone with any European Publisher willing to take them in and relocate them.
A sale is a sale but they pretty clearly say this.
"The latest GSD data shows that almost half (49%) of the new PlayStation game's sales were via the PSN download store."
It sounds to me like they are clarifying where these were purchased vs retail which would be the collectors edition. Notably many retail Switch games have no cart but it's clear what they mean when they say retail. And one would assume that a company that does sales tra...
That's cool. The Science Adventure Series of games is one of the best VN sagas. It's great that they may finally all get official English translations.
Luckily Steins Gate found popularity in the west forming interest in the larger series of games.
So for 30 years they didn't feel any pressure to buy them but only now after 30 years they bought them... I wonder what market factors caused them to feel like they needed to protect their interests?
Well certainly not the huge market consolidation going on in the industry started by a company that seems to be targeting companies that have strong ties to their rivals....
It sucks that Nintendo should even have to buy them...
This industry consolidation a certain company started because they have more money than talent is terrible for the industry, Nintendo feeling like they have to do it too really shows how bad it's become.
