I'm going to buy it and beat it, then sell it on Ebay to buy Versus.

I want to say GAME INFORMER gave that score. I also want to inform people that if I'm not mistaken, they gave Goldeneye a 7.25 back when that originally came out. Goldeneye is a 96 on Metacritic, one of my favorite games of all time.

4.7 Billion Loss, I used to LOVE my 360, with God as my witness. I can't wrap my head around a system that would take a crap on me all of a sudden. I know what you might say. It's 'next-gen tech'. It has a processor that works double time.
Why does my Dreamcast still work? Why does my Virtual Boy still work? Even my dusty Super Nintendo STILL works.

thanks to catering to casuals, the timing of this Nintendo Wii's death is now becoming more soon and more of a headshaker. If it weren't for the loads of shovelware that Nintendo allowed to grace the platform (Not to mention horrendously weak sales of M-rated games), it would have lasted longer than it was destined to. Course, it didn't help that it was a Gamecube with a Wii-mote, either.

While I might agree with you that I don't share their exact ratings to the letter, I will assure you that GAME INFORMER giving a game a 5 can make a lot of these developers scared that their game will tank. I personally rated White Knight a 7.75 or an 8, which they were somewhat close in doing. I figured Final Fantasy would rate higher, as it did. Wonder why...? They're surely invited to this comment section. Fact, the 360 version on Kotaku is clearly the inferior version. Let's sell millions of this craptastic game on 360 before fessing up. Look at Game Informer's review in the new magazine. Square DID NOT give them a 360 copy. READ IT. They reviewed the PS3 version only, giving it a 9.25 rating.
