I have it for my PS3 and can attest to the fact it is AT LEAST an 8.5. The game is a TRIBUTE to classic games like Dragon Warrior, Mega Man, Final Fantasy and yes, Zelda. If you've read ANY of the reviews or interviews, this game is nothing less than an homage to Miyamoto and other legends in gaming.
Look up DigitalHorror81 on PSN and pull up my Trophy list. The game is a MUST BUY at 40$.
Absolutely LOVED my Dreamcast. Tons of excellent games...And that VMU! Poor thing was ahead of its time. Believe it or not, it was capable of a phone modem AND a cable modem. Ah, the memories of Quake III Arena online running 56K.

I've had my PS3 120 Slim since September and it is one hell of a machine. I love it. Oh, and my Japanese copy of 3D Dot Game Heroes looks FANTASTIC on my HDTV :o)
I have the game and while I'm not fluent in Japanese, I have a cousin who is. I've got 3-4 trophies right now on the game. It's EXCELLENT, definitely pick it up.

If they know that you play videogames in general, they might dig deeper to find out exactly what. An avid FPS player might be excellent with strategy and teamwork. A tactical RPG fan can potentially juggle multiple tasks at once. You catch what I'm throwing here?

I already have the Japanese version if that tells you anything. I have been geeked about this game upon learning of its existence. I'll be picking up the North American release on the 11th of May as well. I hate to say though, that this game is looking to fall into oblivion with the titles that hog the shelving. I've got the Japanese version and I'll be trading it up for the US version in about a month. It's fantastic. You'll love it.

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction passed 300,000 pre-orders this week just before release. In other news, 98% of pre-orders were canceled upon consumers finding out said game was only 5 hours long.
I have to agree. I bought Disgaea 3 and I think it sits at a 7.9 or even a 7.4. The game is fantastic if you can overlook the graphics which look more like PS2. However, the gameplay that is intact is WELL worth your hard earned cash.
To me, it was an obvious purchase just as much as the AMAZING KZ2 which deserves all the 9s and 10s it received.
