Sorry Capcom, not buying yet again. I've already owned it two now with the GC version and then the Wii version as well. HD is not enough for me to go through it again. Its nice that others can but for me. Waste of time.
Actually It could easily happen. If Nintendo could find some way to get the casuals back on board. Yeah, then the story would be different.
Not good enough reasons for me. I've already played it on the PS3, Those reasons are not a valid reason to buy the game again. At least for me anyways. Native Resolution and 60FPS is not worth that 50 dollar price tag. The online is fun but short lived just like Uncharted for me. The DLC is a great offer but again, I already own the ones that matter on the PS3.
Yeah I know they have been but most of them have been gimped down to crap. Look at Warriors Orochi 3, the online was horrible in the game. Your coop partner has to have beaten that stage first in order to play it with someone else online? REALLY? also look at DW7, before the corrected the problem with Xtreme Legends, Conquest online coop was crap and annoying. There is a chance they can patch in but highly doubt it. If Koei happens to release an Xtreme legends down the road. Then perhaps but ...
Who the hell cares if there isn't. Its not Nintendo's fault. Koei has released games in the warriors series that didn't have Online play. Move on.
While those facts are all fine and dandy and can't be debated. Yet those facts can be easily ignored. Games are what makes a console good. You can have a powerful system no doubt but have a weak set of games, bad games and of course great games. All 3 of those apply to all 3 systems Wii U included. The fact that most of us here look at it from a power perspective is the wrong way of doing it. All 3 consoles are going to have great games no matter the power.
Already played it once, so I have no reason to play it again. 1080p and 60FPS is just an excuse to buy the game. I`m sorry not trying to dog on you guys who want that experience but to me that`s just an excuse to rebuy a game that`s not going to give all that much of a better experience. Well at least not for me that`s for sure.
Congrats to Naughty Dog. Now if I only actually cared for 1080p visuals. 60fps is fine cause that's more important then resolution is in my opinion. 30 or 60 I'm okay with that. As for resolution NOPE.
TLOU is a great game but I refuse to buy the remastered edition that offers nothing New in the gameplay department. Played it once on the PS3, don't see a reason to buy it again. While the 60FPS and graphical improvements are all nice and dandy. It just doesn't warrant another buy from me. If I actually cared for those two elements as much as the next person, then of course. The game is amazing but not amazingly enough for another buy.
I'm merely stating that quality content that Nintendo delivers each generation is a huge thing. Just like how Naughty Dog delivers on there games. Plus how Nintendo is finally allowing 3rd party devs to use there IP's and changing them into something else, along with them going to 3rd party devs and funding projects. There seems to be more of a core push with the Wii U then there was on the Wii.
Content speaks wonders my friend. Which the Wii U has and is still getting.
When someone say's that 2015 will be the best gaming year ever. Haven't we heard this so many times last gen and ended up being a big disappointment for gamers each year. That can easily change. Also, last time I checked, Xbone is still in last place. Also, wait the Amiibos to launch. If Nintendo can manage to pull in casuals back into there system. What you just said, won't hold that much weight for very long. You people seem to completely forget about the casual aspect. Yet I can understand why as well, but if Nintendo can manage to snag a bunch up. Yeah PS4 will be in second place down the road.
While the PS4 has a nice list of exclusive stuff. The main question of course remains. How many of those games are going to be huge sellers? Its one thing to have a lot of games on your system that are just for your system but sales for those games that most of you brought up are not going to be big sellers. SW4 is a prime example. Thats what worries me.

Perhaps one day you will take off your blind glasses and understand why Nintendo's first party games sell so well and are bigger in comparison to Sony and Microsoft first party games and NO that isn't a hate remark, just a known fact. To me, I don't care who wins. Cause I'm not playing money here, I'm playing games. All 3 systems will have there great games coming in the future and through out the generation. Playing games wins a generation for me. So far Nintendo is bring me the best content as it stands right now. 2015 and beyond it will be from multiple consoles that will deliver the goods. Play games not sales.
