If you consider having over 14 million people paying microsoft around $6 per month (so over $84 million per month) in trouble as opposed to making a free service that costs billions to develop which can't be recouped (as it's free) then yeah xbox live is in trouble. Yeah quite a few people can't be arsed to create levels, and it looks very time consuming when it might just end up lame anyway. Let the pros do that. Reviews mean loads. I never buy a game that gets loads of poor reviews, as I'm pretty sure it'll be poor.
