To me he seemed almost credible. Well until he dropped that no games on the PS3 Cleveland steamer at the end.
I don't know whether to buy this game or not. I've been eyeing it on the X-Box for months, but was hoping it would be another Oblivion with the later release being the better one...
I guess I will wait for a credible review before I decide...

On a side note: I forked out for a DS3 import and have to say its a must buy.
The developer should have put all the waisted effort porting the thing to make the game at least decent on one platform. They made a half ass game then a half ass port. I guess that makes the PS3 version quarter-ass.
Anyone who buys this game needs to be beaten, but then if you buy both versions and glue them together you will have a perfect 10!

Glad to see my 360 get some loving. IMO, after COD4, Gears was the best shooter of 2K7. I hope the Nov 2008 release date is realistic and not a marketing strategy.
Microsoft has a strict 150Mb limit on DLC (to fit on a memory card). I wonder how that is going to work with this... drop it and finally go HD required?
There is going to be some unhappy arcade users; but I guess thats what you get when you buy a 360 on the installment plan.
I'm in the same boat with 3 missions done. This was a regrettable buy, hopefully with this mod I finally get my moneys worth.
Was tempted by this one on the 360, might pull the trigger on this version if it gets some more decent reviews.

That is one seriously tepid press release. I'd think they'd use the same language to announce they had rectal warts.

Wow. Almost 3 Times more many X-Boxes have sold in the US as the PS3's yet X-box is selling less then double the software (DMC4).
360's = red ringed.
Both consoles are doing fine (yes, I'm ignoring the wii elephant in the room) and are selling about the same comparing similar times in their lifecycles. Both have great games and having competition between the two improves the hell out of both. Being a one console fanboy at this point is just frankly... moronic...
Almost three times as many 360's have sold in the US as PS3's. By percentage, more PS3 owners bought DMC4 then X-Box owners. How is that a boycott?

It happened alot to me on my launch console, I traded it in on a new one (with HDMI) and it hasn't happened again. It seems to me that those orginal DVD drives were total crap.
