I bought a 360 and Im contempt with my decision. Was never a fan but I needed something to hold me over till the PS3 is available and drops in price So 2008 it is for me.
PS3 Is it just me or do the PS3 screens starting to look much better that 360's. Not flaming but COD3 and this dont compare. Although be it that COD3 isnt even in the same category. But overall the PS3 seems to outshine in the GFX dept.
After this gen FU&#$ consoles. Im swithching to PC. Im getting a Quad core PC with a decent $400 GX card and hooking it up to my Plasma. Im Done.
Man with Quad Cores out next month and 8 core systems out by 2008 its very possible that the next consoles will be 16xCore with DDR3 Memory and Holographic drives. Talk about leaps.

I rented that game and couldnt get past the second boss. He just kept spanking me right as I was about to beat him. Irritated the $#!T out of me. There was only one setting HARD. Sick game though even with two levels!

Even if you don't agree its better to have everything in one complete package. Don't agree with the price don't buy it yet. A price drop already hapend in Japan before the console released . It took about a year for a $100 price drop on the PS2 (dating from the US release). Dont like the price wait and enjoy a 360 or a Wii. PS I own a 360 dont flame.
That thing just looks cool and shiny you know thats enough reason to buy it, maybe Christmas 07. That thing is good for gaming overall xbugs, nintendites and sony bots alike. Bring it on with availability in store and a price drop and Im all over it.
Its good. My only gripe is the controlls are a little slugish but that can be worked arround by turning up the game speed and freestyle effectiveness. And my game freezes when I use dynasty mode but Im going to trade it in for another copy. This is the live I wanted last year. I love it but it may not be the game for new comers.
its about time they make a game like that. I thought FEAR was going to be it but no luck. I just want to run arround and blow $#!T up all day. I mean Saint Row does that but its mainly only vehicles.
LOTR was garbage if you ask me. Slow, booring. Im an RTS fan but not a LOTR fan at all maybe thats why. Cant wait for C&C though. Was playing generals today.
What about IBMs new transistor technology...now if you combine the two and a holographic drive thats one sexy computer. And no one said that IBM cant use the same tech.
cant remember which ones though. The way I see it is if you do get a PS3/HDTV its a way to tie you over while you wait for the new games. Honestly Im not looking forward to the PS3 anymore until a price drop happends. I spent too much $ on my 360 already.
My choice is not to buy it but I do want an HD player. I think Ill wait to see who comes out on top and buy a multi format player when it drops in price or an internal drive for my PC.
