Oh yes and if Visceral takes notes from Naughty Dog on 3rd person shooter multiplayer then it will be a real jewel to behold.
My choice is Until Dawn.
That game is unique and is a great take on decision making horror games.
Good thing we got imports.
I feel the same way about Battlefront that I do about Uncharted multiplayer it's simplistic yet fun.
Battlefront has alot of fun modes despite not having much weapon variety.
6 maps is meh on the disc but there's only like what maybe 4 maps in the works.
So 10 maps.
I don't agree with the season pass but that's just how the industry does business nowadays.
I'm having fun with this game.
Level 12 (PS4)
Looks amazing on...
It does help that Microsoft is a software company and not a hardware company like Sony.
Either way both are awesome.
The only things I'm not feeling is the reviving, claymores and how these mystics (aka kick backs) are going to be balanced out.
What's the point of reviving when if you wait long enough you can regenerate on your own?
(I don't get the logic behind that. That just leaves me the player vulnerable to some noob take down. One of the big reasons I hated the TLOU MP.)
Claymores can be a problem for campers with a sniper rifle.
(Now if th...
My point is that you should have games built around the platform and only that platform that showcases the capabilities of said platform.
PSV has so much potential yet falls short because there aren't enough games focused around that platform that uses its capabilities effectively and it's treated as an after thought when it comes to Sony games between PS4/PSV.
My only problem I have with the PSV is that there aren't enough games made around only for that platform.
Me owning both a PS4/PSV.
If you had a choice to buy that same game for PS4 as compared to PSV you'd choose PS4 for the better visuals, performance and obviously play on a bigger screen.
A lot of games I've been playing on PSV have been older games like PS1, indie and stuff of that nature.
Need more games for PSV that are only for that platform ...
2016:
-FFXV
-Kingdom Hearts 3
-The Last Guardian
-Horizon: Zero Dawn
-Uncharted 4
I heard Until Dawn kinda has that same feel Heavy Rain/Beyond: Two Souls had where your decisions effect the outcome of the ending in the game.
That's pretty cool.
Yeah I would think it took these developers at least a year just to do the script for this game.
Pretty impressive.
I'm very glad Until Dawn did really well.
We need more variety in the gaming industry on a mainstream level and not just an indie level.
I already know it's going to be an action RPG much like Kingdom Hearts since Nomura is directing the game.
I'm looking forward to this direction of making JRPGs more action orientated instead of only turn based.
Though I think it would be cool if there was a way to put both options of playing either turn based or action hack & slash in FFXV or even any JRPG series.
It would expand the fan bases to more people.
IMO.
I got plenty of games to keep me busy for 2015.
My choices:
-The Witcher 3 (PC)
-Sword Art Online: Lost Song (PS4) [If you pre order the game it comes with the remake PSV SAO game called Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment. I'm a fan of the anime series and the games appeal to me.]
-Uncharted: Nathan Drake Collection (PS4)[UC1/UC2/UC3/UC4 MP Beta.]
-Until Dawn (PS4)[Got this game for my b-day. Heard great things abo...
Looks like a good amount of content.
I'm pretty sure this what comes on the disc and anything else other then this content would be an expansion.
Either way I had a lot of fun playing the beta.
Looking forward to the full game next month.
I hope Chloe Frazer makes a return in Uncharted 4.
Actually Uncharted: Drake's Fortune released November 2007 on PS3.
So in actuality Uncharted series is going to be 9 years coming November 2016.
I've enjoyed that series for many series.
The addition of multiplayer (PVP)/co op took this series to a whole new level of greatness.
While this series is mainly known for the single player let's not deny that the multiplayer/co op is fun and competitive to play.
UC2 was my favorite online experienc...
It all depends how much money is donated on Kick Starter to develop this game.
You would think Sony or Sega would have made the move to publish and help pay the costs to develop this game.
Just saying.
Sega you have an opportunity to make a lot of money.
or...
Sony you have the opportunity to get a really great PS4 Exclusive to push more units out.
Let's see how this plays out.
I think it would be cool if Nathan Drake/Elena Fisher's child either guy or girl re-discovers that their parents were adventurers and goes off to finish adventures that their parents never finished or accomplished.
That could work.
This is so awesome.
First you have SAO: Lost Song (PS4/PSV), SAO III: Underworld (Anime coming December 2015) and now this.
I'm obsessed with this series and for good reasons it's a great series.
SAO FTW!
:D
Duh.
Obviously I can wait.
Got to many games to play in the meantime.
No need to be a smart ass dude.
>_<
There's definitely not enough variety or content and the game play has its share of issues.
For what it is I play for fun and don't take it seriously as a competitive game.
Once I level cap at Level 50 I'll put the game down and move on.
Not wasting the money on that Season Pass either which is a complete rip off.
