MS doesn't have anything remotely close to compete w/ the PS3 Vastly superior technology.
PS3 Outsold the 360 by 2 million last year when 360 was at it's best w/ Halo 3, Mass Effect, and Bioshock.

Besides every single 360 Exclusive is coming to the PC which can all be played on the PS3's Linux Program.
So games like Halo Wars, Spore, Too Human, Gears of War 2, and so forth are already going to be playable on the P...
To be honest I like both art boxes but I prefer the PS3 Version more.

All the stories seem awful and shocking.
1.) MS really does disrespect their fans. That guy had a 360 w/ autographs from famous game industry celebrities and now after the RROD he gets his console back in no better condition w/ all his signatures erased and cleaned off. Stories like this are really going to hurt the Xbox Reputation.

I'll admit downloads do sound really cool in the near future but not until the PS4 and Xbox 720 come out.
This my analysis about digital downloads.
Pros:
1.) Price will be a lot cheaper.
ex.) Blu-ray movies cost between $30-$40 and digital downloads cost like $0.25-$1.00.
2.) Better way for newer game developers to make low budget games when starting off in the video game industry.

Finally EA is getting their act together but they already learned that there's so much to create on the PS3 after making Burnout Paradise.
Since when has the 360 ever had any effect over Japan none.

360 never really had a chance.
MS blew it's load in 2007 and even then the PS3 outsold the 360 world wide by 2 million even though Halo 3 and Bioshock was released.
