Dude if FFXIII comes to America in 2010 then it's already too late for MS just look at the amazing games coming on the PS3 and not the 360.
By 2010 the PS3 will be leading the 360 by at least 6 million units with the releasing of the exclusives already in 2008 plus the few games in 2009 like Killzone 2, War Devil, God of War 3, etc.

Part C: Secret Square Enix game will be announced exclusively for the PS3.

Graphically they both look the same but the PS3 Version is a lot brighter with textures and plays smoother because of the Blu-ray disc.
360 is confirmed to suffer from hard drive space problems and thus is the weakest link.
