The Wolf Among Us Episode 1 came out 9 weeks ago.
Telltale very recently announced that episode 2 is coming sometime in Q1 2014 (anywhere from Jan-Mar.) the wouldn't get more specific.
I'd say they've definitely spread themselves too thin when it takes 3-5 months for an episode they claimed would take, at most a month and a half.

I put my PC together a little over a year ago now, and haven't had any issue.
No need to replace anything, and I won't have to for several more years, and even then it won't be because I 'have' to, but because I want to so I can play the latest&greatest at ultra settings.

The exception to the rule is GTA III, it was only 7 months and a couple weeks between the console and PC version.
Other than that one though, they've all been released on PC exactly 8 months after the console.

Long story short, Payday2 implemented an ARG, that upon completion rewarded players with a large amount of XP to level up. Also the vault mission it unlocked is replayable so it can be farmed for this XP.
People got mad because the ARG was too hard and then what you had to do to access this secret vault was supposedly harder. Everyone complained, so the devs made it easier for everyone to access (after the community opened it the first time).

I don't think we'll be seeing this on PS4/XBone mainly because Rockstar already made a BILLION dollars off the PS3/X360 crowd. Millions upon millions of people have already played the game, and more than likely they won't want to pay for it a second time just to play it again with prettier console graphics, that most of the time they won't even notice because of all the action going on.
