Seriously though, DS is a very good game (specially if you consider its being made by EA), but stuff like MGS4, LBP, Gears 2, R2, Fallout 3, Far Cry 2 and Fable 2, for example, are way above it in the GotY 'competition', IMO.
Funny how ppl aren't worried about LBP getting critical anymore...now what 'ammetrs' is to know if it will sell a lot, or if it will move consoles or whatever.
Play the damn games instead of paying so much attention to things that don't matte!

Unlike Eurogamer (UK) who give LBP a 9 and then go on and give Saints Row 2 (!) the same score! (yes they actually scored Saints Row 2 higher than MGS4...yes, I know its freaking sad).

Its really funny that M$ keep on paying for Sony/PS3 exclusives again and again, when their fans keep saying the PS3 has no games, etc.
Even funnier is the fact that those same ppl receive those same former PS3 exclusives with open arms when they go to the 360, as they had been MP games all the time.
I'm curious to see the reaction of some hardcore 360 fanboys if this rumour turns out to be true, as they kept on saying MGS4 wasn't all that, and that they wanted to p...

IMO all the consoles are all pretty much on equal ground approaching this holiday season, all of them have strenghts and weaknesses, and the sales will probably be fairly even.
And lets think for a bit: if Sony thinks they aren't in a good position to compete, they WILL drop the price of the PS3, and that will be enough to get 'some' extra thousands of sales ;)
