The fact is that GTA IV IS overrated, that it is much worse then previous GTA games, and so ppl have every right to be able disappointed with it. As an action/adventure game its pretty good, but it fails at being a sandbox experience.
Maybe R* tried to do just that, break away from the typical GTA formula, but IMO it was a huge mistake.

The big news is that December 4th an embargo preventing the press from posting their hands-on impressions of Killzone 2's SINGLE-PLAYER campaign will end.
So they'll spill the beans on that date, and from what I've heard from a few good sources is that it is 'f*cking excellent'.
