The beta will look like the short trailers they have released, not the pre-alpha build that was leaked. You think they will have people play a beta with no shadows, shaders, or basic textures? If you do, well then, there are no words.
A true arcade mode for versus and couch co-op!
That was pre-alpha gameplay, that build was over 6 months old before any shadows, textures, or shaders were even applied to the maps or characters. The trolling in here is ridiculous, please mods we need you to clean this up.
Most people I talked to that played the game on normal or hard are well over 10 hours. If you rush through then yeah maybe 8 hours, but you can speed run most games in 4-6 hours and not enjoy the experience whatsoever.
This was a pre-alpha build, Coalition dev even confirmed this, the BETA gameplay will look like the Lock, Load, & Launch trailer they showed.
This game has gotten some of the most unfair criticisms this gen. The game is 10 hours without the show, I understand it is not everyone's cup of tea, but it is extremely polished and has a ton of innovations. Just because it isn't a 40-50 hour open world game, doesn't make it a mediocre title. The story is really great and the tie in with the TV show is so freshly unique, I just don't get the critics on this one.
6 people huh?

I really hope that Sony says yes to cross-play, this game would be amazing for allowing PS4-XB1 to play together.
Agreed 1000%, this was the most smooth connection consistently of any game I have ever played. Also, the launch was absolutely flawless.
As one of the top Xbox TF players, I will tell PS4 fans that want a competitive shooter that they are in for one hell of a treat. Also, this universe with melee weapons would be absolutely nuts.
This trailer definitely hit me in the heart after the roller coaster that we went through in the first trilogy. Marcus carving JD's name in the tree with the knife Dom gave him. Seeing Anya and Marcus happy, living a normal life. Seeing little JD run to his daddy in his flashback and the use of this amazing cover, can't stop listening to it, bloody fantastic Coalition, bravo!
Edit: It was said that Anya made the excuse she was barren so she wouldn't be sent to a b...
Why must you tease this way Coalition??
1 hour and 20 minutes and the main story is 10 hours without the show.
You cannot get a sense of how this game feels without playing it period. This game has plenty of content with the game lasting up to 20 hours easy if you take the time to find the collectibles, chronons, ripples, ect. This is an expertly crafted single player game with the added benefit of a well executed tv show that you control how it plays out. I'm not trying to convince anyone, but for to call the content shallow and saying that this method is not the answer without even TOUCHING the ...
That is your opinion until you actually experience the game your opinion has zero merit. Barking from the rooftops without being on the ground floor is basically what you and the other bashers in here are doing, but how many have you have actually played the game and seen how the universe connects with the show.
No the Order got slammed for boring predictible gameplay and overly boring cutscenes that added very little to the story on top of the laughable boss fights.
Funny how it is always the same guys bashing Xbox titles and yet you have never played the game. The integration of TV and gameplay is very very well executed and it actually makes you feel deeply connected to the universe. For me it was pretty surreal seeing these characters that I just met/saved/ect. as their real life actors and being able to relate to each of them on a deeper level. Also, being able to see the choices you make directly effect this TV show was incredible. So continue to ba...
Oh Guardian, poorly written reviews like this is why you will never be taken serious in the video game world. (and no it's not because of the score.)
He is very good at showing off games, new tech. His reviews are really not that well written or gives poor negative criticisms for small idiosyncrasies. Again, this is my opinion, take it how you will.
I highly disagree with this article, it worked very well for a ton of people. Seeing real life actors act out your huge decisions and leading to very different consequences. That and blending the two medias so seemlessly, I for one was very impressed with the execution.
