don't forget star citizen and squadron 42.
"2019 PS5 will be 8tf (at least)
"Counts fingers for ps5" a 4x upgrade from PS4?
I remember when 8x was the minimum.
the interesting factor with the Dreamcast wasn't the amount of exclusives it had. It had around 70 exclusives within it's time. List https://en.wikipedia.org/wi...
Two of the big factors in the Dreamcast's fate were mostly hardware configuration (lack of DVD player, slightly weaker in some areas) and there being a wider console market. (4 consoles DC included + 3 existing h...
They're going to need good voice actors to match the new game quality. They can start with changing sephiroth's voice. Every time I hear the English dubbed version of the character, he sounds too bland compared to the Japanese version. No strength in tone or depth in character, just a bunch of one dimensional rhetoric banter.
This would be a great time for them to fix their dubbing choices and scripting dialog.
I thought the original prey was pretty interesting. I would have liked a continuation to the story. The new prey though doesn't look too bad.
Well, Valve could also have a special team for handling the online service and then have a special game development staff for making games. food for thought.
resolution should never be an announcement on pc. resolution support has always been uncapped on pc.
there's a rumor that some news about the IP might show up soon. perhaps around E3.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see. E3 is just around the corner.
"343 Industries: Halo 3 Is Not Getting Remastered"
Because it already was in the master chief collection, 1080p 60 fps. unless you're talking about a full remake of the game.
not a bad idea, you get both Sonics plus you can create extra more.
...everyone is still waiting on kh3 and the FFVII remake. Somehow I feel like this is a publicity stunt for their stocks to rise even more. SE's stocks tripped after the FFVII remake. It won't be for another hand full of years for the last part of the FFVII remake and other projects to finish. And not to mention the next tomb raider game. They have too many games to complete.
depends on how you want to look at this IP. Minecraft has been on all platforms already and it's quadrupled MS's investment. Minecraft is worth as of January of this year $2.5 billion. it was a cheap to make game and easy to reap the benefits. so it's no surprise to see this land on more platforms for extra cash.
more profit, and also that it's a game that kids can play. (Microsoft purchased the Minecraft IP some years ago.)
oh i definitely remember this game. the platforming was tough, boss fights were even tougher.
"1 or 2 block buster games a year"
So does this mean no FFVII remake this year? I mean I know KH3 won't be this year but we have barely even seen much on the remake.
yeah I figured that would be the case, i just mean from the consumer's perspective. SE had a cloud gaming service which they had to shut down a long time ago i believe. I'm not sure if this will be any better. not unless they start making their games exclusive to their service.
"did not live up to the standards set by the previous games"
well the original mass effect had long elevator rides, robotic animations, slow performance and loading textures off the disc. so the original game wasn't perfect either. In fact the whole anthology of Mass Effect has some things in common. What setts the Trilogy apart is the script writing.
Why? their games get lots of publicity on steam. not to mention all the flashy adverting. Steam's a great place for centralized advertising. saves users from fishing through to make purchases. they can have two sources for purchasing but please keep a steam page.
"Xbox Head Phil Spencer Frowns Upon Console War Nonsense"
I guess that makes pc a true utopia then as it's all to it's self. you don't see any frowns coming from terry cruse's face when he entered pc gaming. take it from him. https://youtu.be/Po1RtLGyf1...
Squadron 42 is the one to be out sooner. with full single player to boot.
