Sony demonstrated those games multiple times after the conference and they ran fine with no hiccups, and, they were still running on the PS4 dev kits.

Just because online is a requirement on Xbone doesn't mean it's getting pushed forward any more than PS4. Gaikai will offer incredible technologies. The only difference is, it's an option on PS4. You can still enjoy your games offline.
