You totally lost the point.
Game consoles life span is 5-7 years and introducing a new console in just 2-3 years and dumping the older too early is betrayal. But lower graphics for the PS4 console and better graphics for the PS4.5 console is acceptable and the only right thing to do from Sonys side.
And this is news? They revealed this (65GB) on their official site a couple of months ago (go to Rockstars newswire and choose the GTA V tag and look at the archive).
Exclusives = hurt consumers, pleases publishers/developers/console makers
Timed exclusives = better because it pleases us consumers in the long run, hurts little more publishers/developers/console makers in the long run
No exclusivity = best for us consumers, hurts Nintendo/Sony/MS and developers who develop exclusivly for PC or any other specific platform.
Really, think about it for an minute. Imagine if you can play all games (Nintendo, So...
Not if:

But you need amazing skills to do it.
If you want to emulare an specific system without any hacks and as much accurately as possible, the CPU needs to be MUCH MUCH stronger than the system you want to emulate. BUT if you know how to optimize the code, fix all bugs... basically, if you have amazing programming skills you could speed up the emulation but its really hard to do it.
CMon ppl, learn some things:
1. ACCURATE EMULATION = SLOW aka you need a really strong CPU
2. NOT PROPER EMULATI...

Basically, its possible to emulate Xbox360 games or PS3 games on PC with amazing speeds (1-10 times slower than the hardware you want to ...
If the new OpenGL is more efficient, its logical but I dont think Sony would abandon its own APIs for numerous reasons.
Project cars is 60 FPS?!?!?!?
ahahah dont spread nonsense like this. It depends on your hardware and obiviously on the game engine or/and the game itself. The frame rate is not locked in Project Cars which means you can archieve theoretically over 100 FPS combined with 4K-maxed out graphics settings with the right hardware (expensive as hell) or you could end up with huge frame drops and/or lags (10-25 FPS and low graphics settings) with an obsolete PC hardware.
PS4 version is maybe comparable to high-ultra settings (without crazy AA, crazy tesselation, crazy HBAO and similar).
You cant tell if its a port just by comparing graphics details/settings on PC and consoles. Many developers confirmed they ported Xbox360 games to PC and the same PC version ofc has much better graphics details/settings. Graphics can be easily tweaked in modern PC tools (softwares ofc) and its relatively easy for developers (game designers, game artists etc) but physics (CPU jobs in general) and porting a code from example PowerPC arhitecture to x86 arhitecure is much more complicated.
1080p and 30 FPS on both consoles.... yes but why in the hell is everyone forgetting the much more important thing when it comes to overall graphics? Now, we all know PS4 is stronger than X1, so, the PS4 version should have better AA, textures and stuff....
1080p alone is shit... graphics details/settings are alot more important
haha maybe higher resolution, YES.
But at the same time with worse textures, lighting, less polygons etc (you name it).
Mark my words.....
Forget 1080p and 60 FPS in 4 player mode, wont happen.
Next gen is not only about graphics (kiddo). So, if the game would feauture very good physics you wouldnt buy it? LOL
PC is lead platform = LIE!!! The same was said for Watch Dogs....
Adding backward compatibility is easy thanks to the CPU arhitecture. The GPU arhitecture is not that much important.....
To be honest, im not impressed at all....
First, almost every console has a low level API and DirectX is not an API, Direct3D is an API, Mantle is an API etc.
High level APIs are common for PCs, Mantle is an low level API for PC
Veeeery close, looks the same to me.
BTW the game looks surprisingly good for 7th gen consoles.
"Both still do the SAME THING. Same apps, same games, same experiences all around,"
4K resolution says otherwise and for other things (example exclusive games) only time will tell. Other console manufacturers already done that before......
