ugh....
lot of great games this year, and a few incredible ones, but I agree with skyrim, though it was a hard one. Maybe its because one month later I'm still playing it and have yet to even reach 1/3 the main story or that I don't think I'll finish playing or want to finish playing this year.
UC3 came in a close second with Portal 2 third. Batman AC and Dark Souls would've probably made the list but I haven't played either yet.
I don't see the point. I put zero perks into lockpicking, I bought maybe 50 lockpicks and yet I have 200+ picks(found most) and level 80 lockpicking and find little problem with expert locks and just a bit more with master ones. Lockpicking is pretty easy to level up without trying(as I did) as there are a crap load of things to pick.
Haven't laughed so hard in a long time...genius.
*sigh* so true....
well admitting it is supposed to be the first step. I'm still in denial.
I'm not watching any, I've gotten wayy too many games ruined because of vids, not happening again. I want to play this game with as little knowledge on its story and even mechanics as possible(other than probably a few skimmed reviews anyways).
because you speak on behalf of RPG gamers right? People think a small group represents the majority and more exposure is always better. Games like these have the potential to be great franchises but its only if they sell and articles like these help with that.
Its not "late to the party" as I only took interest in this game a couple weeks ago and I read a lot of game stuff online, much less your average gamer. So don't just bash on these guys just because you d...
Sigma 2 is insane for the platinum, I didn't even bother trying, same with wipeout, I couldn't even beat the damn game much less get trophies like "beat zico"
same here, pre-ordered from amazon for omega weapon, so now its just to wait.
DC universe is not a disappointment to me but I can see how others can get that impression. Same with Rage but I didn't expect much from it anyways.
I thought they would add Tomb Raider as well as anticipated or is that not 2012?
I feel the same way, I just couldn't get into Bioshock 1 and didn't even bother about part 2. But after that insanely awesome demo they showed on Infinite I can't wait for it, that is if it lives up to the hype.
yea first platinum I ever got. Been addicted to them ever since but that game was/is just so good I had to get the plat.
won't happen, too soon in the manga for them to implement it in the game...remember they take a long time to make these characters and implement them in the game so he'll wait until the next one probably.
wow resistance 3 really? Cheap move msxbox-world, nowhere is that even remotely true and dozens of reviews and quite a bit of fan support will attest to that. Low sales don't mean a bad game and the other points they made are actually opposite what I thought of the game.
Edit: whoops yea thats true...damn
Same here if one game is 3 GB in size average and 40% less in cost then one 32 GB card will get me 10 games.
That means if a game is $40 retail it will be $24 online so at 10 games that's $160 in savings compared to the $120 price for the card.
easy to say, near impossible to enact.
@Bigpappy
All that doesn't mean much, things like Ken Rolsten's involvement and the great writing (the whole 10,000 year history of the world thing is amazing) will only be known by a minority of gamers. Its word to mouth and good reviews that will help prop up the sales. It won't do anything close to skyrim or other big established franchises in terms of sales.
Its a sad fact and a bit of a catch 22 thing there; The established games are the one...
not gonna watch, not gonna watch *peeks*
