Dunno where you're getting your info but the wiiu is nowhere close to Xbox one in specs its actually closer to x360 than the new consoles.

Spoken like someone who didn't take in any of the after e3 news, some games were running on pcs for Xbox one, but the ps4 games were running on the ps4 system connected and easily seen and investigated by more than one reputable source, as was the same with some of the x1 games.You cannot actually think that the wiiu can even remotely compete with the x1 and ps4 graphically. That is bordering on delusional.

Yea, stunning is not the word I'd use, it looks good but they're still a couple steps removed from aweing me.
I haven't played it yet, just got Persona 4 Golden so it'll have to wait a while(definitely getting it though), so I have no point of reference, but I think it was more of him comparing to other Vanillaware games like odin sphere and upcoming dragon's crown that is where he got the not as deep gameplay system.
Ironman was awesome, consequences had no "do-over".
Actually his problems are the backtracking one and the repetitive nature of the combat with no depth to it and no real differences between the different characters combat styles. He praised the graphics but was disappointed it had no vita specific additions to the system and no fast travel.
He didn't attack the game or write a dumb review for the sake of getting hits, he gave a good review for a game and justified his score whether we agree or not.

wow, all you took was the quoted piece here, read the entire thing and he justifies his score. Its the trolling and hitseeking reviews that bother me, this reviewer defended his score and gave praise where it was due, plus 3/5 is a good score.
Amazing how people keep talking about 60fps and 1080p as the only standards for Next gen, its not even at launch and people are complaining. There are more to next gen than just resolution and frames per second.

agreed, it will have so much depth from what I've seen so far, so very excited for this.
Buying the vita one now (getting xillia CE as well for PS3 so its convenient they release same day), but will get the PS3 one as well sometime down the road. This (and Xillia) are all I plan to play until GTA V comes out.
Don't let the look fool you, its a vanillaware game and if you know their previous work you'll know its more than worth full price.

I agree somewhat with you WeAreLegion (see my comment history and you'll see my disgust with Nintendo rehashes) but not with Pikmin, this series might have been around for a few years but its not really old, if you get what I'm saying. This is a great score for one of the only Wii U games I am truly envious about not having.
