PlatinumGames are definitely known for their variety. I know Bayonetta had a lot of weapon types to play around with too.

When I went to CES 2016, Sony hyped the heck out of PlayStation Now for their Bravia sets. Don't know why the older sets are dropping the feature, but hopefully this doesn't set a trend.

I don't think PSVR is out of the running just yet. It's still the beginning of the year, and we may see more news at the VR-heavy GDC show next month.
It's good that they're varying up the musou formula, but it looks like this one didn't pan out.
