What you fail to realize is the amount of resources it would take to make a game and get it published on Consoles compared to PC. A game like Minecraft would have never gotten enough funding or support to make it to Console.
The trailers showing the new propulsion gel, repulsion gel, faith plates, excursion funnels, and more have already blown me away.

I think all motion controls are gimmicks and a step backwards for gaming. Motion gaming is a really fun tech demo that gets old really quick. It seems like now a days it's more about that instant wow factor than quality game play.
Just because you didn't get all the achievements the game has to offer doesn't mean you didn't get your moneys worth. Trying to equate your gamerscore/trophies to the value of the game just seem completely irrelevant. Seems you trying to create an equation to a problem that doesn't exist.
Dump on PS3 = Most Hits
Praise the 360 = 2nd most hits
Praise the PS3 = 3rd most hits
Dump on 360 = 4th most hits
Being reasonably objective = No hits
All these useless peripherals just goes to show how gullible the casual market is.
As cool as it look, it seems as though he's having a hard time actually trying to accomplish his objective of making a bridge. What I've noticed when trying to play non casual games with motion controls is that they don't give you same level of accuracy and precision that you get with an analog input that's not dependent on multiple sensor inputs to determine your actions.
