I know tons of disagrees are coming but I have to say it. MS has a tons a Give-a-ways for the Xbone.

Slurpee, Mountain Dew, Doritos, McDonalds, Chef Boyardee. All the free one are counted as sold. So the real number is really up for debate. Sony had some too but not nearly as many.

PS4 not PS3. So speaking of the PS3 titles does not apply to all as some are coming from 360, sold the PS3 or just new to console gaming.

Not really scammers to be honest. MS said the are sold out, so most people run to Ebay to buy because they think the stores don't have any. Blame MS for making false statements to keep up with Sony. MS would have been better off saying they have units for sale.
