Ubisoft can make some great games at times and they release a lot of titles that I fully enjoy. Will I be upset if the game performs under whats expected? Yes I will and will be out there picketing as well with all of you. But if they manage to fix the issues in a timely fashion, I will go ahead and enjoy the game. Personally I am not going to miss out on a title that I can have a lot of fun with just because you want to "stick it to the man".
Just a personally o...
Yea they have not tacked the performance issues yet so, Ubisoft said it themselves that's what they are working on now....so...your wrong.
Yea, even a broken clock is right twice a day.
@starchild
A sheep? I have been getting a lovely 28fps in town during this game and recently about 20 fps during the Bastille escape. I have MSI R9 280X in Crossfire with a FX 8370 8-Core Overclocked to 4.3Ghz.....and on medium settings with the textures on low. Not to mention I had to try and kill the Assassin in the Prologue 3 times because he kept getting clipped in the wall and wouldn't move, so I couldnt kill him. Had to die and restart....So yea I KNOW for a fact ...
I call bull on this entirely. I know a couple people that have a GTX 770 (was gonna get one myself at one point but now gonna get a 970) and they cant come close to reaching 60fps. They average about 28fps on Ultra High and get barely 50fps average on Medium settings. Thats bull you get solid 60fps no problem.
Not sure if sarcasm....joke....or being serious...-___-
PC version is just an unplayable disaster.
Lets see im playing on PC, well was playing on PC, not anymore.
FX-8370 @4.0Ghz
MSI Gaming 970 Mobo
8GB PNY RAM
MSI R9 280X 3GB Crossfire
4TB HDD
Corsair 750w PSU
I get about 28fps average on medium-high settings and on 900p. Gets as low as 21 and can get as high as 38 at some points. The game is shoddy as hell. I had to stop playing because the framerate is beyond atrocious.
@DarkOcelet
Yea but games like Tomb Raider, Uncharted, Metal Gear Solid dont need to create a hit iconic character every game....Tomb Raider already has that they only need to come up with a story to fallow that character, same with the others you listed.
Assassins Creed has to try and come up with an Iconic and unique character to star in the game...every game...its not that easy to do and they are not all gonna be winners, especially if you release a game e...
Absolutely not.
Rogue looks like a rehash of AC Black Flag. Ubisoft didn't want to make a whole new game when they already were with Unity. Rogue can reuse a lot of stuff from Black Flag and alter it a little bit to make it look not exactly the same.
Wow. Might want to read the article before commenting...
AMD card owners like myself have it the worst. I have MSI R9 280X in Crossfire and I get about 28fps on average on medium-high settings. And runs better on 1080p over 900p and below. I dont know what the hell they are doing over there at Ubisoft.
Yup you are right. And it sucks because I want the Division to really succeed cause it can be amazing...but Ubisofts games are getting worse in terms of playability.
Dude I can handle random glitches and shit but the framerate is beyond a disaster....I have MSI R9 280X (Overclocked too) in Crossfire......and I get about 28fps on average on medium-high settings.....WHAT THE LIVING HELL IS THAT???? The PC version is by far the worst. Was gonna pick it up for the PS4 too but now there is no chance at all.
I mean yea glitches suck but If i can get good frames, a little more enjoyable to handle the damn random texture pop ups and people disa...
And that definitely has me pretty damn excited. Cannot wait to get my hands on this game!!!
Woot Woot. AMD getting it together and releasing the Optimization before the release. Nice one indeed
Yay. Another article about this. We get it already. How do these keep getting approved?
Bring DX12 and a lot of windows Gaming support and you can bring in a lot of support from the PC gaming community. Nothing wrong with that, I would really like Microsoft to get a good grip on PC gaming and bring some Xbox games over to the PC.
Now just deliver...
lol yea but it did teach you how to stealth so it did do what it was intended for, just in a different way, which I always welcome
@r1sh12
I hope you didnt just compare a $20,000 investment with a life threatening fault to a $50 game with some bugs....lol
Also no one is forcing anyone here to buy the game. If you dont like the company, dont buy their games. Or better yet, if you have some concerns, wait a couple days till you see how the game pans out and then decide if you want to buy it. Its not hard.
And I do get the point of the whole broken product and not suppor...
