Are you dumb? Of course a game can be a sleeper hit. Its simple, if no one had high hopes for the game and didnt have it on their radar at all, yet it turns out to be a great game that no one saw coming.
This didnt turn out like that but it could have.
Honestly the story is cool and different, but the thing that I hate the most is the actual gameplay so far, Its really freaking boring and I cant play more than like 30 min at a time and then game to stop. They tried to do a couple different things in a game a game like this and it didnt pay off.
I would not buy it. Either rent it or wait till its like $20

This game has been getting reviews all over the place, honestly not sure what to think of it
Ive replayed Fallout, Just Cause 2, GTA Series, Borderlands, Saints Row more than any other games. But then again that is person preference too.
Bioshock is prob one of my fav series but Ive beaten Infinite once and have not picked it up since.

Yea its a little frightening but you have to think about from developers point of view. Games are getting more expensive to make, and gamers want a lot of replay value if they are shelling out $60. And open-world games are just a lot easier to sell due to its replay value being high.
But i def agree with you, I really do enjoy my Bioshock, Alan Wake, The Last of Us story based kind of games.
No complaints here.
Visually its probably gonna be awesome. So far so good, but E3 will show some game-play so that should be good.
Glad its next gen/PC only too.

Again, Crytek bought the IP, why would they buy it if they were not planning on making something with it and had plans for its future? Not hard to believe really.

Then you clearly dont play many 60fps games. Its like saying your okay with watching a movie in a dvd quality over Blu-ray....nothing wrong with DVD quality...but blu-ray is just better.

What are you talking about? The order has already shown signs of being downgraded. Still looks amazing but the new gameplay isnt even close to being as sharp as the original. And idk about driveclub but its a smaller game so its downgrades are more subtle.
Yea its def not VRAM issue, I have a GTX 770 4GB in one build an a R9 280x in another (disabled crossfire) and still have plenty of issues on both. Without question a Uisoft issue and not a tech issue
Of course there will be downgrades before release. So far almost every game to come out has been downgraded. Not sure by how much, that might depend on the resolution of the final product and exactly how "open" this game is. Remedy is a great studio but they are still limited by the same tech as everyone else.
Either way this game is gonna be a hit :D a very nice product for the owners of a Xbox One.

This game on Ultra requires 3GB, so if they are playing on Ultra...it has to be.

Personally im still a little sketic on this game. Its being hyped..A LOT and Techland honestly isnt that reliable of a company. And from everything we have seen it still feels a lot like dead island..having a lot of the same mechanics. Hopefully it will turn out great but im gonna hold off a little. But thats just me
