You pretty much answer your own question. Some people will get the PS3 because of the good causual support it had with the PS2.

You are missing the bigger picture bro, You can't assume Sony and Nintendo won't be doing any pushing at all. Also if anything, Sony and Nintendo have more casual offerings than Microsoft and Casuals are whats driving the market right now.

yeah agree with you. Then again, most people on here who whine about the price are BD haters or and probably supported HD DVD and are still a little sour.
No they are not. They should do a price watch and poll N4G members and see how many people whine about BD's and PS3 been too costly.

Ohhh..I can't believe I forgot to mention that. That is one of one of most anticipated games this year. I will be getting a new PC just for that.
This was the last update. Unless maybe a future update will make the the addon play bd movies, nothing will be coming.
