I am making a prediction in response to your first sentence. I know they didn't pay '50 Million' for it. Rockstar probably probably even offered that option, but who really knows.

You fail at common sense. Whiles i agree with some of the thins you said, I don't think anyone ever here said, Rockstar gave the game to them for free. They might have suggested the deal to them for a price but it sure as hell was not 50Mil.
