You have to call technical support. I never got my Bloodborne platinum theme, and once I called in, they asked me to e-mail them a screenshot, and got my code within 2 hours.

Don't skip out on Tales From The Borderlands. It actually blends Borderlands and Telltale aspects perfectly and I had genuine laughs. Easily my fav TT game just abut head of Wolf Aming Us!
