and is runs great for me. Maybe check your cooling and restore factory clock speeds (if you OC) your setup is more than enough to run those games well. Maybe download HW monitor to check your temps, but dino645 is correct this game does not like overclocked video cards. CCleaner is a good system cleaner and also cleans up registry errors safely, it is free also.
