I think you will really enjoy it. The one first is not a terribly demanding game, if you have a decent Pc you should be fine. It's very mature and gritty.
there are many games on PC that look better than KZ2. BFBC2 on a PC looks better as an example. The reason you need a good PC for Crysis is because of all of the technology it uses. You can't blow up tress or drive vehicles or interact with everything in the environment on KZ. That's the difference. Maps are huge, draw distance is huge,lighting is real time, it's a sandbox. I am not a big racer fan, but I will say that the way GT5 has been supported with updates is impressive, wish more devs supported their games like GT5.

Dead Space 2 is 60 bucks with DLC on the disc that was not going to be available unitl someone figured out the save file thing. That's a joke, not to mention no SP DLC like the consoles and it's a bad port, it still has the vsync bug from the first game. LOL.

They could learn how to make an extremely linear game with no environment interaction or destruction, or real time anything. Please GG teach Crytek how to make a 4.5 hr campaign in a giant hallway with the same color palette as an ashtray. Yeah BF3 has nothing on KZ multiplayer. How can you guys say this fanboy crap with a straight face LOL. You can't even take cover in KZ multi, which is the main gameplay mechanic of the whole game.
Most of that list is average at best. And you can't play The Old Republic,Guild Wars 2, The Witcher 2, Diablo 3, Starcraft 2 (or any RTS for that matter),Shogun 2,WOW,any of the Stalker games, the first 2 Crysis games, the real version of BF3 ect. And I'll glady wait months for GTA4 to get hi res textures, draw distances and car densities 5 times higher than the consoles. Oh yeah and actual HD resolutions.

I have bashed Kz a ton and went overboard with it i'll admit but I am sick of it getting mentioned in every article on this site, but it's a site dominated by Ps3 fanboys so it goes unchecked for the most part. than Killzone, and you can go in the water, has destruction, can pick up objects, kick over cars. It's not point a to b cutscene. You still have optiions on how to do things in many cases. However I agree with your point, of course the PS3 can do an open world game. There just have not been that many.

I am a little burned out on Zombies, but the melee focus has not been done very much and gives it a sort of fresh feeling IMO.
