Their single player was a good attempt, but they obviously had to put more work into the multiplayer that you like so much, which explains why FPS games sell and why the campaign was about 5 hours.
Though it could use more civilian interaction moments and more hours of playtime, I enjoyed the SP. Bot I also gotta hand it to ya for not being as unrealistic as these Graphic Drama Queens.
Not many people buy Sp only games, no matter how good it is.
Army of Two and Kayne and Lynch were both badly executed Third person shooters. That isn't to say they didn't do some things right. I don't know what kind of drugs you've been taking, but Homefront is fuckin miles better than those trash games.

Not that Im trying to defend this game to the extreme, but he totally missed the point and ignored the story of this game. It's a "What if" Scenario made to simulate what would be going on if an event like this were to happen. This game would have been a waste without a deep story, but all he could pay attention to was the in-game store labels thinking it was advertisements.

The manicans with the long noses are also seen in Assassins creed 2 & brohood like it's some form of advertising. They were real doctors during the Renaissance who had herbs in the nose mask to keep away airborne diseases and odors.

It seems like the only reason this article is getting so much attention is because haters are itching for this game to fail, and it's sad. It's more like they are trying to shut the door on developers who are serious about the story elements in videogames & putting a twist on the stale military FPS genre.

I like what I see so far. I can't be bothered with those who call every game they see a COD ripoff or those that think a developer has no ability to make a better game than the one they made before OR Graphic Sluts that need constant eye candy to please their desire to decide on a game.

If you are a multiplayer guy, this game has nailed it in that department.
If you're a single player guy, this has a good single player, and I mean GOOD. It's almost short though, least it was enjoyable for me.
