Zelda BOTW was released at the same time for both systems. What did you want people to do, give GOTY to both versions or what? Lol.
The Wii U version has got a 96 on Metacritic. I really don't see your point here.
To be fair, Bioware made quite a lot of cool updates to his previous Mass Effect games. They had DLC and story expansions planned for Andromeda, but EA said no after its poor reception at launch.
I don't think it's Bioware's fault, really. From what I understand, Andromeda isn't quite on the same level as the previous games in the series, but it was still on its own a fairly good game. It seems to me that people blew its issues out of proportion.
Even if TLOU2, Death Stranding, Ghosts of Tsushima and Half Life 3 came out for PS4 this year, Pokémon Switch would still sell like hotcakes. Lol. It's the biggest IP in the world.
As for Gamecube controller support, the Switch console itself is already compatible with those via the Smash Gamecube dongle. Don't believe me, try it yourself. So there's no reason for Smash Switch not to support that controller. Also, it's Sakurai's favorite controller,...
Agree. The Order deserves a second chance. Its world, characters, dialog and story were amazing. I found the gameplay pretty fun, too. It just was so damn short, and worse yet, the story was unfinished, suddenly ending the game on a big-ass cliffhanger.
I hope it gets a direct sequel someday.
Try FAST RMX. Look it up on the eShop.
Splatoon 2, Xenoblade Chronicles 2, ARMS.
Where does it say that Pokemon is coming out this year? All Nintendo said is Pokemon is "2018 or later", so it's more likely to be a 2019 title.
Not interested in Xenoblade 2, I assume?
That was actually more or less the development cost of the first Red Dead Redemption.

Because Sony doesn't want crossplay with other game consoles. They only allow crossplay with PC.
They're doing a Smash invitational, so yes, they're doing way more than just showing it. Lol.
It will be fun just for the Smash tourney alone.
If you haven't played it on the Wii U already, and loved the original DKC games, then yes, go for it. It's fantastic.
Me, a blind Nintendo hater? You must be new to this site.
All of these systems you listed, every single one of them, had basically the same architecture as its predecessor, only with a much newer and more powerful chipset. This is what allowed all of them to be backwards compatible right out of the gate, they all played those games natively, there was no emulation needed.
Switch's architecture doesn't have anything to do with 3DS'. In order fo...
No, it seems exactly like something Nintendo wouldn't do.
The d-pad is shit, so nope, not ideal for platformers and fighting games.
It blows my mind how it seems this controller fell short of being the best controller ever made because Nintendo failed precisely in the area where they almost always were the best (the d-pad). I hope they fix that soon, it's already been a year.
Yeah, he's not even started yet and he's already very heavily implied he will focus on microtransactions and GaaS, and he's already stated one of his main focus will be in the mobile market.
As far as I'm concerned, he's not given me a good first impression at all. If having new blood means Nintendo entering the fray of customer-fucking practices, then I'd rather they keep the old blood. I hope I'm dead wrong.
Yeah, nope. None of that is going to happen.
There's a good chance the entirety of this trailer was done in-game, as is customary with Rockstar's open world games. So, there's that at least.
We already know it's $20 a year.
It was never a turd.
