As a change of pace, I believe Crytek shouldn't be continually bashed. This game could have potential.

I have to agree with you. There are quite a few fps and tps out there. I think limiting it down to one game each isn't right because there's SO many influential fps and tps shooters just made on this console alone.

It's okay. Sometimes, I need to rant too. I know how you feel. I'm a diehard Dead Space fan and I get trolled pretty often for it. Not near as much as a CoD fan, though. I feel for you.
It's happened all throughout history. If you have something that people will buy, even at a high price, they'll sell it for a high price. It's just the way it works.
People are greedy. So they give us what we want for the highest price we'll pay. Then we pay it and they ge the money they wanted to begin with.

Well, here's a list with a few reasons why I feel that way.
Moonlight Butterfly- Dark Souls: When people think Dark Souls, they think of a game so hard that they (accidentally) broke their TV/controller or both. You fight demons who fight you with weapons, elements, magic, etc. There are dragons who can be quite difficult. They even have a wolf that can put up a fair fight. Honestly, there were a few I would have liked to see on there but not a bad piece though.

Do people play Gears of War for the story? No. Is the story is dead space stronger? I'd say yes. Now, to clear things up. Gears of War has a decent story. Not good, not bad. It most definitely is not the worst.
I'm going to skip the lame "Arrow to the Knee" jokes and just say it. I can't wait to see that gameplay trailer on the 24th. Developers say this will push Xbox 360 and PS3 to it's limits. I want to hear my Xbox struggling to support this game. (Without a severe framarate loss.)

I actually remember the AC130 mission where the specifically told you NOT to fire on the church. It gave that mission a sense of realism, imo.
