Heard of the star wars despecialised trilogy? It was started by a dedicated Czech English teacher who wanted to restore the original trilogy to as close to original quality (pre 1997 with the cleanliness of the blu ray edition, without the special edition bullcrap edits) as possible, and considering the guy was initially a novice and learned his way through editing each frame he did a fantastic job at editing the films.

It's like a demo with three tracks including the Nurburgring Nordschleife and Monza, and 5 beautiful Pagani cars. The game looks stunning, I've never seen Monza look so realistic and true to form in a video game ever before (but runs like a snail on my 8 year old laptop).
