THIS. Bethesda games oddly historically are full of bugs mostly on the PS platform and mostly run well on Xbox (key word here so that fanboys don't go on any sissy fits - mostly).

I thought when it happened the first time it was a little one time bug, a few times more and I thought my controller dpad was busted, but it kept happening even with my other controllers and it is definitely a bug.

There's a problem on ps4 for some players where if the medic player presses right on the dpad to equip the syringe the game switches to the gas mask instead. Missed out on so many revives because of this.

Same, that request order notification on the squad communication box should be changed to 'HOLD R1 (PS4) AND FLICK RIGHT ANALOG STICK DOWN TO SELECT OBJECTIVE FFS PTFO!'. Fortunately there is an update coming soon to change squad leader based on activity.

And the conquest flag capture ribbons, on my stats I apparently only have 4 conquest flag capture ribbons where once I go on detailed stats I have about 70 flag captures on conquest.
