Except literally every ms exclusive over the last 2 and a half years has been met with negativity.
I played it yesterday and really enjoyed it. I kept aiming for perfect runs, where I took no hits, got all parrys and super move shots.
A very nice month I'd been toying with the idea of getting the mgs v platinum.

Man the last few sales have quite frankly sucked. I used to look forward to impulse loading my PS4 and Vita library with licenses. Now I can barely find anything I want. Especially for Vita. The last 4 or 5 sales have had barely anything I want.
By this logic, The Witcher 3, Mass Effect 2, Bioshock 2, Skyrim, Dead Rising 2, Titanfall 2, Just Cause 2, Saints Row 2, and Portal 2 should have never come to Ps3 or Ps4. Which is stupid. Pretty much all of these started on one platform before going wide to much success. 3rd parties should always aim to get to their game to as many people as possible. There are enough people who will buy it on Xbox One to justify it. They are just not in Japan.
...Yes, we all rolled our eyes at this one when he said it. Ryan McCaffrey even live tweeted, and took him to task. But what else is he supposed to say as a PR guy. No company admits to the negative crap while it's going on. They do that later when they get through it. Sony was the same way. Nintendo .....nintendo just kinda ignored it all, but anyway. Nah I'll just slowly pay off my preorder over the next few months, and give my console to someone who needs one, and can't afford it. Eff Gamestop and their insulting trade on values.
It was pretty terrible more of a e3 recap. At the same time it's as kinda clear what it was going to be from the setup. This wasn't a real presentation like a few years back at gamescom where they announced Halo Wars 2. They simply aren't ready to announce what they are working on that's new. That's fine but they really should have just skipped Gamescom.

Wow I remember playing this on my PSP Sega CD Emulator like 9 or 10 years ago. Such a strange game, especially the surreal music number they do.
Unlikely. Literally the only reason that spider-man game is console exclusive (leaving tons of money on the table) in the modern era is because it was part of the deal that Sony made with Marvel to making homecoming. It's a unique situation that's only possible because Sony is a multimedia company that does both games, music, movies and technology. Whoever made this deal was smart.
Ditto. I have years of content on my Vita. I hope at minimal support continues in perpetuity.
Literally every system this gen including switch, but it's a particularly slow crawl with switch. It's like they were just completely unprepared. When my Xbox one and PS4 launched I had a decent amount of choices. Switch launched with one real game. They just announced metroid with a logo, by the time I get to play it ps5 and a new Xbox will be out. Hardcore Nintendo fans let them get away with murder.
