Kojima should remake the first two Metal Gear games from the MSX.
I mean the MSX games were ported to the PS2 subsistence version of MGS3, but it's not very widely known. Ask the average person and they won't know jack about the MSX games or story.

That is extremely difficult to do, plus the modders have to work with what the Skyrim already has. The flat textures are not them modders fault.
GTA IV is the GTA 3 of this generation of gaming, it's not perfect but it's still a great game.
GTA V will be the San Andreas of this generation and I think Rockstar are going to go all out on GTA V and hold nothing back. Unlike most devs, Rockstar actually listen to their fanbase and improve, of course they realize some people were disappointed with GTA IV but also many people thought it was an incredible game.
